This attractive self-catering holiday cottage was built in 2002 and is finished to a very high standard. It is superbly equipped, furnished with antiques and offers high quality self-catering holiday cottage accommodation for parties of up to six guests. It offers a great choice of accommodation for holidays exploring Tayside and Fife.

Ralston Cottage has been renovated and furnished to the highest standard and is heated by full gas-fired central heating. This self-catering holiday cottage has been awarded 5 Stars by Visit Scotland.

Accommodation

• Open Plan Lounge / Dining Room / Kitchen
  This entire area is laid out as one open-plan living area. The furnishings comprise high quality antiques, which makes this an ideal room for entertaining.

  At one end is a spacious seating area with comfortable sofas and armchairs grouped around an open fire, a high, vaulted ceiling and French doors leading out to the patio. A television, DVD / video combi, Freeview and stereo are present.

  The middle of the living area is occupied by a dining table seating six or eight.

  The other end has a fully-fitted kitchen, with all modern appliances and cupboard storage space housing all necessary crockery and glasses.

• Master Bedroom
  Offering a southerly panoramic view over the Sidlaw Hills, this double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower, wc and wash basin.
• Bedroom Two
  This twin bedroom is located on the south side of the cottage and has an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath.
• Bedroom Three
  This delightfully furnished double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom - also accessible from the hallway - with a shower over the bath.
• Garden and Hot Tub
  The cottage has a private garden, with patio and garden furniture, in which you can experience the luxury of a hot tub! There is also a double garage.
