This detached holiday cottage was created by expertly converting two farm cottages into one, and enjoys an elevated position commanding southerly views across farmland. Comfortably furnished and spacious, and complimented by a completely enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbeque, it provides ideal holiday cottage accommodation for families holidaying in Tayside.

  Furnished with attractive antiques, ornaments and pictures, this sunny, south-facing room has comfortable sofas, a sofa bed, and easy chairs grouped around an open fireplace. The dining area provides seating for six or eight persons around an oval oak table.

  This spacious fully-fitted kitchen, with views to the north and south, has a kitchen table seating four - ideal for children!
• Cloakroom
  This convenient downstairs cloakroom has a wc and wash hand basin.
• Utility Room
  Entered from the parking area, this room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
• Master Bedroom
  Facing over the front garden and beyond, the master bedroom has a four-poster bed and an antique wardrobe with chest of drawers. An en-suite bathroom provides a shower over the bath, wc and wash basin.
• Bedroom Two
  Facing over the rear garden, this cosy bedroom has a king-size bed and ample storage space.

  This twin bedroom, with a wardrobe and chair, also enjoys a view over the rear garden.
