Our full business terms and conditions will be provided during the booking process. The following summary is provided for guidance.

• Weekly lets normally run from Friday to Friday for Ralston Cottage, Ralston Bothy, East Newbigging and West Newbigging and from Saturday to Saturday for Pitermo Farmhouse, Pitermo Cottage, West Keith, Clushmill Cottage.
• Entry can be taken from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and you must vacate the property by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
• Short breaks are available in low season for a minimum of three nights. They are not normally available in high season and at other busy times of year, including Christmas, New Year and school holidays, except occasionally on a last minute basis.
• A deposit of 50% of the rental cost is payable at the time of booking. The balance is due six weeks before the arrival date. All prices are in Pounds GB and are inclusive of VAT.
• Payment can be made by cheque or by credit or debit card either on-line or by telephone. Please note that we are unable to accept American Express. Cheques should be made payable to 'NewtyleProperty Company'.
• Excluding infants under the age of two years, the total number of persons in your party must not exceed the stated capacity of the cottage.
• We provide duvets, bed linen, hand and bath towels.
• Registered assistance dogs are accepted in all cottages free of charge. We will accept pets in all of our cottages except Clushmill, Ralston Bothy and West Keith, subject to an additional cleaning charge of £25.00 per pet per stay.
• All of our properties are non smoking.
• You are recommended to have appropriate holiday insurance.
