Our Holiday Cottages
If you are looking for a self catering holiday cottage in Scotland, look no further. Here at Kinpurnie Estate,
perfectly located in the beautiful Angus countryside, we offer a choice of luxury holiday cottages catering for small
and large parties.
Our properties are newly and thoughtfully renovated, equipped to the highest modern standards and furnished with
carefully selected antiques. They have all been graded at least 4 Stars by Visit Scotland, and three hold the highest
5 Stars rating.
The properties are easily reached, but secluded and peaceful. All have their own gardens, with facilities for dining
al fresco and barbeques, and most now also boast the additional luxury of a hot tub! We can even provide an optional
maid service. Cots, high chairs and stair-gates are available on request.
In addition to superb holiday accommodation, we can arrange a range of exciting outdoor activities for our guests,
including shooting, fishing, horse riding and pony trekking.
Our cottages are centred around the charming Angus village of Newtyle. With this as your base, you will be ideally
placed for day trips to many of Scotland's favourite attractions within Angus, Perthshire, Fife and beyond. All four
of Scotland's major cities - Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee and Aberdeen - are within easy reach, as are the Highland
Perthshire towns of Pitlochry, Dunkeld, Aberfeldy and Crieff. We are especially well placed for golfers, as we are
close to both St Andrews and Carnoustie and many other superb golf courses.
